My furnished home is in an extraordinary spot on a hillside with 2.5 acres of open land and gardens two miles from downtown Brattleboro, and one mile from I-91. The bedroom for a single or couple is on the first floor with a queen-sized bed. There is a full bathroom with tub, shower and two sinks on the first floor, with one dedicated to your use. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area in an alcove with large window views, and a spacious living room with comfortable seating. The eastern orientation provides beautiful views, a sunny living environment, and there is a large deck set up to enjoy. The house is located in a private and safe neighborhood in West Brattleboro, and has a semi-attached garage, basement with laundry, ping pong table and space for workout equipment. There is off street parking for a maximum of two vehicles. Shared with a retired, active and busy woman who maintains an office and bedroom upstairs and comes and goes several times a week, sometimes overnight - alone or with her partner. You will have access to the fully furnished first floor and basement, with all utilities included. Single is $1350, Couple is $1650. Short or long term will be considered. $500 security deposit and references required.
