We enjoy comedy, cooking, gardening, hiking, yoga/fitness, kitchen debates, reading, and socializing. We're both pretty social people with large circles, like to host small gatherings on occasion. Looking to share the house with someone who is considerate, a good communicator, and tidy in communal spaces.
This housing arrangement works best for someone who does not have a lot of big home furnishings (there's plenty of storage in attic, but other than the available bedroom, it's fully furnished); if you work from home, know that one of us primarily does as well in the communal living area so would need to navigate that. We both work M-F, and weeknights are typically low-key - cooking dinner, maybe watching something, and going to bed on the early end.
