Seeking roommate for an 18-month lease that starts 11/15/25, though move in date can be flexible. Renovated unfurnished 2-bedroom 1 bath with spacious front porch, spacious bedrooms, in unit laundry, stainless steel appliances, lots of natural light, and shared backyard space. I have a 12-year-old husky mix who is chill, well behaved, and quiet. Other pets are welcome! My dog is friendly and has lived with cats, respecting their space.

The house is near Smalley Park. It's a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive to Church St, as well as an easy walk to the Burlington's farmer market and the South End Get Down. Rent is $1,195 per person, which includes trash & water. Shared onsite parking. I am a mid-30's introvert who works a lot outside the house, and I like to recharge when I'm home, so not looking for anyone super loud or a party animal. LGBTQ+ friendly is a must.
