💰 Rent & Utilities:
$900/month rent
Utilities split 50/50 (usually around $200 total)

The largest room in the apartment
Includes its own closet and a crawl space for extra storage
Plenty of natural light and space to make it your own
🐾 Pets:
I have a friendly cat, and I’m open to another pet joining the home as long as they’re a good match.
