My RM is moving out west and I'm looking for the right fit. 3BR 3 Bath house w 2 showers. There is a guest BR for when your friends or family visit. New appliances washer, dryer, gas stove, dishwasher. Your large room has 2 windows and great sun light! Good sized closet and storage in basement and attic. Room size is approximately 15.5'x9.5' I'm a professional male in my 40s. I'm pretty active lotsa biking, hiking, board sports, occasional dinner parties and BBQs on the deck this summer. I've lived with many great RMs over the years and formed some amazing friendships. Looking for someone w experience sharing a space, who is pretty clean, practices open communication, and is respectful. I'm liberal, open minded, and queer folk friendly. The street is a little sanctuary of peace but soo close to everything! Please tell me ALL about yourself: work, past shared living experiences, lifestyle, what do you do for fun? On street permit parking. Sorry no pets. Utilities split run about 80-200 apiece depending on the gas bill/season. LMK if you have any questions.
