Hello good people of Chittenden County, I am in search of my next awesome housemate. About the house: comfortable and homey. Room to rent is bright with built in storage. Garden space to share, screened in porch. Grill on patio outside, gardens. Inside is cozy, well furnished. Washer/dryer. Wood burning stove. Wooded walking trails nearby, and within a 13-min walk or 5 min. bike ride of Winooski. Off street parking.
About me: 46 year old female, outdoorsy, friendly, extroverted introvert. Easygoing, but I like to try and keep relatively tidy common spaces. I have one cat, no other pets please.. I don’t drink, please no heavy drinkers or partiers. $850/month, plus half electric and heat/gas
