My current roommate and I are looking for a third person to live with us at a wonderful mostly furnished house (3BR 2 bath) in Colchester for a year-long lease starting March 14th (an April or May move-in date would be fine with us too). It’s in a great location nestled in a quiet street about a 10 minute drive from downtown Burlington, it is also right next to the bike path and walking distance to Thayer Beach. Rent is $1066/mo per person, utilities would be an additional 50-75/mo. There’s an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a two-car garage and driveway. I have a cat that will be living with us, unfortunately no additional pets are allowed. My roommate and I are in our mid-20s and are easygoing, we like to keep our shared spaces clean and often host our friends for dinner and fun social events.
