my name is Victoria, I go by Vicky
I'm 56, my husband is 70 , we live in the upstairs of our home which is a raised ranch, that we have rented since 2017.
The upstairs has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living, dining room, bathroom , n 2 baths
A 3 season porch, a nice big deck,
The downstairs of the home is where my son and his fiance live . the washer and dryer is downstairs but separate from their space.
We do have dogs so you must like dogs
There is a nice big back n front yard, plenty of parking space, access to the community pool taken care of by the HOA, in the summer and walking trails,
It's in South Burlington Vt,
though it's in a country setting area we are literally 15 minutes from Burlington, Williston, Colchester, Essex, winooski depending on which direction you take.. It's a very quiet
peaceful area.
