Building and carpenter/labor skills are also valuable and we can offer some part-time work, depending on your skills. Management skills and experience are also a plus. The property is 2 acres with some woods. There is a very large barn which will make a beautiful performance/art/gathering space, but is still a work in progress.
There are 5 official bedrooms and other useful rooms. The house can be divided into 2 sections for more privacy, one with 2 br and 1 bath, the other with 3 br and 2 bathrooms. Please contact to discuss more about these options.
Rent per room starting from $900+ for single occupancy of the smallest room. Exclusive use of an additional non-bedroom room will be added to base rent.
Rooms can be furnished, partially furnished, or non-furnished.
