Room is private, furnished and offers a place for long or short stays.
Alot of my guests stay few months to years. Clean, quiet and respectful.
Every room has refrigerator, microwave, digital door lock, Smart TV. Full size bed with new sheets, blankets and pillows. Free fast wifi included. Heat, electricity and free trash removal all included.
Rooms are $1120/ month. Everything included.
Must be clean, quiet and respectful. The space is shared with 2 other working professionals. Often travel nurses who work nights but any occupation can book.
Shared spaces include laundry, kitchen/ dining area, bathroom.
No smoking inside, outside is fine. Absolutely no pets. No overnight guests. This room is set up for 1 person. No mail, must have P.O box to receive mail. Only 1 vehicle per room. Only one person per room.
Must book 2 months at start and once a month afterwards. No contract or references needed. I use Airbnb for booking. Once in, I block off so only you can book. Once you block, I put price to $9999/night so no one books it. When you are ready to book another month, I put price back down to agreed amount.
