I have a basement living space with private bedroom and bathroom for rent. The kitchen and laundry room are shared. The space is furnished, has a wood stove, new carpet, a large soaking tub along with a shower and separate entrance. It is very cozy and sweet. Utilities are included. Looking for the right person. This is a roommate kind of situation. I am a 49-year-old single woman, my 18 yr old daughter lives here half the time and our cat. I own a yoga studio and teach most days. I paint, write and live a quiet disciplined life - I also love singing, dancing and outdoor fun. I would love someone to become a friend and really enjoy living together and work on things together. A fellow yoga lover and meditator would be cool. Or someone interested in that. I love community living and hope to create something really enjoyable. Cooking together, doing good things in the community. I'll only invite someone in that we really get along well or can just peacefully exist around each other. If you have any skills in marketing or teaching yoga I could reduce your rent for pay. That's my daydream though, I'd be cool with just a quiet and decent human living their private life as long as we got along.
