We operate a Lodge and a B&B during the summer and are offering several of our rooms this winter for monthly rental. In past winters we have rented mostly to travelling nurses, providing a safe friendly group environment for folks who need a short term fully furnished option. The rooms are available now and will continue to be available for monthly rental until May. Those renting a room will also have access to the public spaces, such as living rooms, game room, kitchen, etc., although technically you are renting just a single furnished room with a bath. The cost for a monthly room rental is $800-$900 and includes all utilities, such as heat, electricity, TV, WIFI, snow removal etc. Towels and bed linens are not included. These are beautiful large rooms, very comfortable and clean. For additional information on our facility see Milstonehill.com. This is a lovely facility in an ideal setting just a few miles from everything and includes access to a 40 mile recreational trail network. On site laundry available for $25 per month.
