I am a woman in my early 50s and live in the Timber Lane Condos off of Kennedy Drive. Close proximity to UVM hospital. 3 bedroom 1.5 bath condo w/pool. I’m looking for a roommate for October 1st. Preferably, another middle-aged woman. I have a golden retriever and a cat. No other cats allowed, but would allow another small-medium sized dog. No smoking. I work Monday-Friday and like to cook. I keep a tidy space and the ideal roommate has to be clean too! Fully furnished condo and kitchen is loaded with appliances. The room that is being rented is unfurnished and has a decent sized closet. Room dimensions are about 9 x 11 1/2 feet.
Room can be furnished or unfurnished.
Shared bathroom.

1 year lease.
