Looking for a roommate for a 2 bedroom apartment on Farrell Street in South Burlington. I’m a guy that works evenings at the hospital, so if you work regular daytime hours you will have the place to yourself most evenings. Bedroom has a bed, bureau, bookcase, lamp, and best of all your own bathroom with shower/tub. Washer and dryer in the apartment, wifi, and Netflix. Parking for one vehicle. Super convenient to Burlington and Rt. 89. I have an old and incredibly lazy ball python (small) that lives in a very secure cage, and prefer no more pets. $800/month includes utilities. 6 month lease preferred. First month’s rent plus security deposit ($800) due at the beginning.
