Take note:
• The roof is a bit soft so she will need to have a cover over her.
• The water heater needs to be replaced.
• The 30 amp, male connector needs to be replaced however that's something I can do, if requested.
• 2-30lb propane tanks, 4 years old and covered.
• She is towable.
• The slide out works.
• She comes with an 8" foam mattress.
• I lived in her for 2 years
• The vinyl floor cracked. (The subfloor is in immaculate condition)
• Stove, microwave and fridge still worked a year ago. (I haven't used any since a year ago.)
The awning blew off, and the recliner is not included.
The VT winter was not kind to her roof or water heater.
