Seeking a Shared Living Situation (Norwich, WRJ, Hartford, Wilder, Hartland...)

I currently have my own apartment but living alone has been difficult and rather miserable. I'd much rather live with someone in order to help out either by cleaning, renovating, fixing things, running errands or whatever. Obviously, in addition to whatever rent you feel is fair. There's just no purpose to be had maintaining the momentum of your own existence.
I'm a 47-year-old male. I have two bicycles, limited, but quality, modern furniture, some artwork and five plants. No kids, no pets, no friends, don't smoke, don't party, very quiet, organized and also a neat freak. Hobbies would include listening to music, watching shows, playing games, riding my bike and working on my vehicle or a random project. I'm originally from NJ.
