This tent is approximately 10 years old, but has never been out of the bag. It's been stored indoors and yes, a mouse chewed a small hole in the bag and the bag is dirty, but there is no internal damage & everything inside is clean.

I did not take it out of the bag, but anyone looking at it can - you know how hard it is to repack as well as the factory :)

Beans no longer sells this model, but IIRC it was $300 or $400 new.
