Used, but in good usable shape. May need sharpening (Festool offers sharpening for $35-$45, depending on which blade: shipping is included: from their website).
I received a box of random tools and this was in it. I do not have a Festool saw and do not have another with an arbor of the right size.
I know nothing about its past.
No pics: it looks like a circular sawblade and the cardboard packaging is in fine shape.
