This machine is an older Grizzly from the mid ‘80’s. I have completely refurbished it, to include: new bearings and seals in the transmission, new Infinity carbide edged knives, ( they are unbelievable!) It was completely torn down and carefully inspected for worn/ broken parts. Also new belts. To test it I have put approximately 1000 ft. Of rough sawn, 5/4 x 14.5” wide by 13 ft. Long hard maple planks. The knives are impervious to wear and are ready for a lot more wood! They don’t look used!
Included w/ planer: Very strong table w/ Fox Shop wheeled base 1 set brand new, unused, SS knives, and 1 set of slightly used, but still very good, carbide edged knives. Complete owners/ operator’s & parts manual. This machine will not need any parts, tho,it’s ready to work! The only drawback is its weight; 475lbs. To move it will require @ least 2 very strong helpers and if available, a Tommy lift tailgate. 220v single phase
