Community Works is hiring NOW for fall projects across Burlington and surrounding towns. We’re a local, licensed, and insured team looking for painters, carpenters, and cleaners to join us this September.
Pay & Benefits:
$30–75/hr depending on role and experience
Flexible hours (part-time or full-time available)

Duties:
Painters: prep, paint, stain, finish work
Carpenters: deck + railing builds and repairs
Cleaners: residential/rental turnover cleaning (training provided)
Requirements:
Must have reliable vehicle and valid license
Must be comfortable working on ladders
Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and perform physical work
Experience preferred for painters/carpenters, but not required for cleaners
