You have 5+ years of experience as a carpenter. You are a seasoned carpenter who can work independently from start to finish on a variety of tasks and enjoys the new challenges that come with every project. You are looking forward to working alongside carpenters with different levels of experience and under the guidance of a lead carpenter.

We are looking for a person who
-has 5+ years of experience in carpentry
-considers carpentry their career
-has great organizational skills
-communicates clearly, directly, and professionally
-cherishes lifelong learning and a clean job site
-believes that teamwork makes the dream work
-is interested in sustainable building techniques
-is safety minded
-has reliable transportation
-is comfortable teaching skills to others
-is able to lift 50 lbs
