We specialize in heavy civil construction including bridge and road work, excavation, utilities, pump stations, concrete, and commercial projects. Our projects are all within an hour of Rutland, allowing our team to be home every night.

The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Superintendent to oversee and manage civil construction projects from start to finish. This is a key leadership role responsible for quality, scheduling, field supervision, and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate civil construction projects from start to finish
• Manage site personnel, subcontractors, and equipment
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met on all jobs
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specs
• Communicate effectively with crew, clients, and management
• Track project costs and provide field updates

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in heavy construction or bridge building (preferred)
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to read blueprints and manage job site operations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license required
