Experience:
• 5–10 years of hands-on carpentry experience
• At least 1–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., crew leader, journeyman carpenter)
• Experience in residential, commercial, or remodeling projects (depending on the employer)
Requirements:
• Valid Driver's License (Required)
• Must have a good sense of humor!
