Looking for someone who can actually install — showers, floors, backsplashes, layout, waterproofing, setting, grout, finish details. This is not just a laborer role.
Strong installers can make $28–$35/hr depending on ability. W2 preferred, but open to discussing subcontract/trial arrangement for the right person.
Steady Monday–Friday work, PTO, 5 paid holidays, high-quality residential/commercial projects.
