12.5" x 5.5' flat trailer with double axle. This trailer is in good shape with new pressure treated wood floor.This was a 24' house trailer that was reduced by12 feet. The wheels have electric brakes but I have not completed the automobile hook up. Each drum has a good looking magnet. To use the brakes, the driver must complete the trailer hookup and get a brake controller for the car. I used the trailer without the brakes and it worked out fine. It is wired for driver's lights, brakes and turn signals. The connection requires a 2 5/16" ball. The trailer is solid but the wheels are just OK. It comes with a spare tire and tool box. It a also has a stabilizing-leveling bar.There is no rust on the metal frame. Priced for quick sale.
