Will consider mostly a cash offer and I will consider partial trade for tractor three-point hitch accessories and/or unused building materials.
This Model was considered deluxe in 2008 and is about the size of some Tiny-Home Kits. It hardly very little road mileage. The original owner took it to a local Vermont lake for the summers and two subsequent owners (us included) bought this unit to use to live in while their new homes were being built, but never did. The unit sat parked in their respective driveways since 2018, and accordingly it was last Titled in Vermont in 2018 and the Title has No-Liens.
This unit has two large extensions which provide for a separated comfortable window-surrounded queen bedroom and a large window-surrounded dining area. The shower is separate from the bath-sink and toilet which are in a closed room. This model has many interior storage compartments and large exterior compartments. The major components appear to be working well. This is a solid fiber-glass constructed unit with a heavy steal frame and not a cheap 'leaky' aluminum camper. According to the title it weighs 6,483 lbs. and, it is clean.
To our knowledge, the awning needs replacement, and the battery is weak. I looked up the awning-replacement procedures on You-Tube and it appears easy enough to accomplish and Amazon sells the awnings. Walmart stocks trailer batteries and takes the old battery as a credit.
It is presently insured with Hartford Insurance Co. for comprehensive insurance ($40 annually) and their agent told me this unit was valued at $21,000 in 2022 (when we bought it). I'm retired so available at your convenience to view. I'm located on the Montgomery side of the Jay Peak Ski Area Mountain Road, Rte. 242.
