Go for a dip in the private pool in the backyard, which is sure to be a hit in the warmer months. Relax in comfort thanks to the central air-conditioning, or get cozy in front of the gas fireplace in the cooler months. Watch a little TV or use the free WiFi and dedicated workstation to catch up on any remote work, then head back outside to the deck for a family cookout on the gas grill. Drift off to sleep in any of the well-appointed bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with an en suite bath and direct outdoor access via the three-season room

The pool opens Memorial Day weekend at the earliest and closes mid-September at the latest, depending on the weather.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
7 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 50 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay..
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
