Family-owned cozy, idyllic riverfront cottage in Newfane (southeastern Vermont), just off Rt. 30 with easy accessibility year-round. 2 hours from Hartford and 3 hours from Boston. For skiers, 30 minutes from Stratton Mountain and 20 minutes from Mount Snow.
Cottage very nicely decorated and completely equipped with your every need, including fine linens and quality dining/kitchenware with many appliances. Living room with fireplace and couch with comfortable pullout queen-size bed walks out to the river deck and four person hot tub on the river! Kitchen/dining area, bath with shower, one bedroom loft with queen-size bed, and a slate outdoor patio with lounge and dining furniture and 2 grills, propane and charcoal. Includes oil heat, firewood for fireplace, electricity, trash & snow removal, unlimited in and out-of-state telephone service, and high speed wireless internet computer service.
