Pets are Welcome! Three bedroom, two bath lakefront home located directly on Lake Champlain on Maquam Shore in St. Albans Town with western views and beautiful sunsets. Home has all conveniences including stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, cable TV and wireless internet. Waterfront property is surrounded by cedar trees to provide privacy. Home is also fully furnished including all dishes, cookware, utensils, bedding and towels. Inside home is completely finished with tongue and groove pine and includes wrought iron spiral staircase. First and second floor decks, screen house, gas grill and picnic table are available for use. Pets are welcome with additional deposit. Great central location for easy day trips to Lake Champlain Islands, Burlington, Stowe, Jay Peak, Plattsburgh and Montreal. Deposit required to reserve dates. Please note that concrete ramp shown in some of the pictures is NOT a boat launch. Public boat launches are available nearby.

Rates are as follows:
For May, Sept, Oct, 3 night minimum stay: $240/night or $1650/week
For June, July and Aug, 1 week minimum stay: $1900/week
Discounts offered for multiple weeks.

Additional costs for all rentals:
-Security and Pet Deposits - amount contingent on length of stay
-Cleaning Fee - amount contingent on length of stay
-9% VT Meals and Rooms Tax + 1% Town of St. Albans Tax
