Enjoy our 2600+ sq ft of space plenty of space on 3 levels to spread out for large groups! 2 master suites 1 on first floor and 1 on 2nd. House is not evaluated for ADA however, there are only 3 steps to enter house but then no steps required for entire first floor including master suite with bathroom

We are directly across from clubhouse with all the amenities.
There are 4 bedrooms/4 baths plus daybed in the loft and 2 Futons in the finished basement. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. The house sleeps 12-14 comfortably
We have 2 TV’s with access to Roku. we have shelves full of board games, pool table and dart board to keep everyone occupied
Enjoy the clubhouse directly across the road with indoor and outdoor pool. Hot tub, grilling area, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts hiking trails close by. Direct Access to snowmobile trails.

15 mins to Mt Snow. 30 mins to Stratton Mt. 20 mins to Prospect Mt. for Nordic skiing. 10 mins to downtown Wilmington. 10 mins to public boat dock. Haystack trailhead is 0.7 miles from driveway. Snowmobile trail is adjacent to property
