We removed about 800 sq ft of oak engineered flooring. It was installed in a semi finished basement about 2 years ago. It had to be removed for the next renovation. The tongues were glued together, so there is a bit of splittering at the tongues. The boards are about 8in wide and various lengths. Some of the boards were cut to remove them. With a bit of work there could be about 500 sqft of salvageable flooring. The finish on the oak of very hard and durable. You must take all of it. It is in the car port, very easy access.
